You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any beauty or personal care products that have been opened or used, in accordance with applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.

2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchange Policy
Products may only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
